Okay you guys asked 4 it! Here it is. 7 stretches I do to get into splits. I also warm up my lower body before I slide into splits with things like squats, lunges, pulsing bridges etc 4 about 10 min. Push yourself to ur limit, but don’t go too crazy, because you might actually hurt yourself. I dropped into splits once without a proper warmup and no stretching and tore one of my hamstrings. #blogilates
