Doolittle Raiders 75th Anniversary
DAYTON, Ohio (04/2017) -- Eleven B-25 Mitchell bombers were on static display at the National Museum of the U.S. Air Force on April 17-18, 2017, as part of the Doolittle Tokyo Raiders 75th Anniversary. Northrop P-61B Black Widow N550NF / 42-39445 (cn 964) Looking towards the rear of the Black Widow through where the gunner's chair would be. The hole in the back is where the GE remote-controlled power turret was located; which could be operated by both the front and rear (radio operator) gunners as well as the the pilot.
