Pool Towel Stand. I made this one for my Dad. I used a 6 1/2 foot treated 4x4 and added a post cap to the top. I used garage hooks, painted them a cream color to match the starfish. Placed the 4x4 in a flower pot with a few inches of quick-create to keep it centered and upright. Then put sand on top of quick-crete and added rocks of top.
