Remoska baked potatoes. Popped in 4 large potatoes with a tiny amount of olive oil and salt on each. Put the lid on the Remoska and cooked them for approx 60mins. They came out perfect and were crisp on the outside but beautifully fluffy inside, best jackets I've had in a long while!
