The “Core” is the most central region of the body, it essentially is everything that directly attaches to the hips, which includes: the bones of the pelvis, spine, rib cage and femur (thigh) and all of the muscles that power those regions. The core is the focal point of all physical power in the body, it relates to our posture and affects our ability to position the body and to perform action. Good Core development will result in greater potential strength and energy.
