Easy Roasted Potatoes & Carrots Recipe 🥕🥔
Ingredients: 1 lb baby potatoes, halved 3 large carrots, sliced 2 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried rosemary 1 tsp dried thyme Salt and pepper to taste Fresh parsley for garnish Instructions: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Toss potatoes and carrots with olive oil, garlic powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, until tender and golden. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Prep Time: 10 mins | Cook Time: 30 mins | Total Time: 40 mins | Kcal: 180 | Servings: 4

Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl 🥗🍗🍚 Ingredients: 🥬 Lettuce leaves 🍚 Cooked brown or white rice 🥒 Sliced cucumbers 🍗 Grilled chicken breast 🌿 Optional: chopped parsley for garnish Instructions: Prepare the chicken: Marinate chicken breast with soy sauce, honey, garlic, and black pepper for 30 minutes. Grill or pan-fry until golden brown and fully cooked. Slice into strips. Assemble the bowl: Add a bed of 🥬 lettuce to one side of the bowl. Place 🍚 cooked rice next to the lettuce. Add 🥒 cucumber slices on the other side. Top and serve: Place the sliced 🍗 chicken on the rice. Garnish with 🌿 parsley if desired.
