We can add character by selecting the oak grade and adding special finishes. Whatever your ideas are, we are open to suggestions and will see if we can accommodate them. We are also able to make made to measure tables to designs other than our own.

Not so long ago, a client asked us to make a table for her North Yorkshire kitchen. The brief was to craft a similar oak dining table to one she had seen on Pinterest. It was a little tricky to see the features among the sea of chair legs that surrounded it in the picture. But closer inspection revealed a very solid, modern rustic dining room table. We were, of course, delighted to take on the commission.

This oval oak dining table was originally commissioned by a client in Hertfordshire who had been imagining his own table design for a number of years. He wanted to create a more contemporary version of our Curved Base Table. So to achieve this we inversed the curves of the legs and smoothed out some of the detail on the feet. The gentle curve of the 45mm oval top brings the whole design together beautifully.

We've been working through the weekend to give the finishes time to dry between coats.
