Ingredients: -1 Apple -1 tablespoon of ground flaxseed -1 tablespoon of chia seeds -1 teaspoon of honey -a cup of water Method of preparation: Cut and slice the apples then put them in the blender with the other ingredients, without chia seeds. Put the mixture into a glass, add chia seeds and mix well for 2 minutes. Drink it immediately.
