#Quest bars are my favorite protein bars on the planet, but they seriously hurt my wallet. So for now, I decided to make my own. They came out really good! Mix vanilla whey protein powder, honey, rice flour, natural creamy nut butter (I used peanut butter) and a little bit of water, in a bowl. Form bars and enjoy :) no baking needed! I used wax paper to wrap them in. Store in the fridge. #protein #eat #cook #food #fitness #fitfam #iifym #health #Padgram
