VAINILLA CAKE: ▢ 150 g all purpose flour (1 ¼ c.) ▢ 1 ¼ tsp. baking powder ▢ ½ tsp. salt ▢ 175 g granulated sugar (¾ c. + 2 tbsp.) ▢ 85 g unsalted butter cubed, room temperature (6 tbsp.) ▢ 25 g vegetable oil (2 tbsp.) ▢ 1 tbsp. vanilla ▢ 60 g sour cream room temperature (¼ c.) ▢ 100 g whole milk room temperature (¼ c. + 3 tbsp.) ▢ 2 egg whites room temperature VANILLA PUDDING: ▢ 1 packet instant vanilla pudding (96g / 3.4 oz) ▢ 335 g heavy whipping cream (1 ½ c.) ▢ 115 g whole milk (½ c.) ▢ 7-8 fresh strawberries halved (½ lb.) WHIPPED CREAM: ▢ 225 g heavy whipping cream (1 c.) ▢ 2 tbsp. granulated sugar ▢ 1 tsp. vanilla bean paste ▢ ⅛ tsp. salt ▢ 225 g strawberries, for topping (½ lb.)

It’s so refreshing and insanely delicious 😍 Welcome to Episode 26 of ✨ #BasiccookingwithSaloni ✨ where I take you on a journey of cooking basic essential recipes with me ☺️ Here’s how you can make this recipe at home ☺️ Ingredients: 1/2 cup strawberries 2 Tbsps green tea or 2 green tea bags 1 cup hot water 1 cup cold water 1 Tbsp lime juice Honey to taste Process: - Blend fresh strawberries with a splash of water until smooth - Add the green tea along with the hot water - Cover and let it brew for 10 minutes - Strain into a container along, mix in honey and lime juice - Top it up with cold water - Serve on ice with fresh strawberry slices and enjoy!

These are the perfect bite sized sweet treat for Valentine’s day! RECIPE (makes 16 truffles) INGREDIENTS • 3 cups (390 g) Red velvet cake crumbs (left over or freshly baked, one cake layer is enough)(link for the recipe in profile!) • 5-6 tbsp cream cheese frosting or more if needed • 200 g (1 1/4 cup) dark chocolate (54%) or semi sweet or milk chocolate • 2 tsp coconut oil, To make chocolate coating thin & smooth • 3-4 tbsp white chocolate to drizzle on top • 1-2 drops of red food gel colour • Heart shape small cookie cutter DIRECTIONS 1. Crumble the cake into very small pieces in a large bowl. 2. Gradually add cream cheese frosting and mix with a rubber spatula until the mixture is well combined. It should be moist and have dough like consistency but not too wet or greasy
