Ingredients: * 400g brown and white mushrooms * 1 large onion * 2 grated garlic cloves * 2 tablespoons oil * 1 tsp plant butter * 250ml vegetable broth * 200ml vegan cream or coconut milk * 2 tbsp parsley, chopped * Salt, pepper, paprika powder To thicken, add 1 teaspoon of cornstarch and a little water.
