The Queen and I: King of the royal snappers Kent Gavin chooses his favourite photos
"You don’t see the Queen crying very often. This was the first Remembrance Day service after her mother died – the Queen mother used to lay the wreath every year. The Queen stood in for her and was visibly upset. I felt quite emotional as I saw the tears roll down her face. Prince Philip has laid the wreath ever since." - Kent Gavin, the photographer.
