Party Snack Roll 📝 Recipe for 4 servings 400 g vegan cream cheese 1 bunch of chives 40 g pistachios, peeled 30 g pecans 30 g cranberries Topping: agave syrup Side dish: Salt crackers Preparation: 1. Chop the chives and mix half with the cream cheese 2. Roll the cream cheese in cling film and place in the freezer for 1 hour 3. Chop the pistachios, pecans and cranberries, mix with the remaining chives 4. Take the cream cheese roll out of the cling film and carefully roll it in the mixture 5. Enjoy with salt crackers

INGREDIENTS 2 large sweet potatoes 2 eggs 1/4 cup milk 1 spring onion, chopped 1/2 red pepper, finely chopped Handful of feta cheese METHOD Preheat oven to 200c Wash and dry your sweet potatoes. Prick them all over, and brush with some oil. Bake for 45-50 minutes until soft/air fry for 25 minutes/microwave. Remove from oven and let them cool Beat 2 eggs and mix with the milk Slice sweet potatoes in half, and gently mash the potato and form a well. Season with salt and pepper. Then add your desired veggies. Pour in the egg mixture and top with feta. • Bake or air fry for a further 15-20 minutes
