Preserve your fresh herbs by freezing them in olive oil. Just snip clean herbs into ice cube trays and cover with olive oil. How To Freeze Fresh Herbs
I love Cilantro and this is the way I keep it fresh... Cut an 1/8 inch off the stems, place in a mason jar with water covering at least an inch of the bottom stems; cover loosely with a plastic veggie bag or Ziploc and keep refrigerated. Will stay fresh for weeks. MUST do this!!!

Wrapping celery in foil will keep it fresh and crisp in your frig for weeks. You can get 7 wks out of broccoli and 6 out of head lettuce doing this too. Good to know! (Now all you have to do is remember what it is because you know you'll never look. ;-)  )
