A Beholder Erudite, formally known as a Beholder Mage, is a beholder who has had it's central eye blinded in order for it to serve as a psionic focus similar to that of a psiweaver's chromatic disc. It can manifest powers through it's eyestalks, rather than just psi-like abilities, and gains the ability to absorb psionic energy from attacks into it's central eye for later use
