Almond Butter  Almond butter is one of my staples, I use it everyday in just about everything. It just has the most amazing rich nutty flavour and perfectly creamy texture. It’s amazing skin food too as it’s bursting with vitamin E which is essential for a glowing complexion.  I like roasting my nuts first as this allows them to blend more easily, while also enhancing their flavour but if you prefer you can skip this step. Roasted Squash and Pine Nut Quinoa This is one of my favourite autumn dishes. It’s really so delicious and so easy to make.
