Ikea built-in hack Pt 2🔨 In case you missed it, we used IKEA Havsta cabinets for lowers and (cut) Billie bookcases for uppers. We added a single center shelf rather than a 5th bookcase. One, this saved on cost. And two, it creates visual interest from a design standpoint that allows your eye to rest. Ikea Hack Reveal
Here is the final reveal for our Ikea Hack Built-In shelves and drawer unit in our dining room. It’s taken me a while to get around to sharing the final reveal as we had to allow the paint to cure before putting any items on it, that took about 2 weeks after I did 3 coats of paint and a 4th on certain parts that had looked a little patchy.
