Ingredients: • 6 eggs (size M)⁠ • 300g cherry tomatoes⁠ • 30g Parmesan Flakes⁠ • 10ml olive oil⁠ • 1 handful of basil⁠ • Some salt & pepper⁠ Instructions • Wash the tomatoes, cut them in half, and add to the pan with oil. • Cover and sauté at medium heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. • Then carefully add the eggs. • Salt and pepper well. • Scatter over the basil and Parmesan, cover, and allow to set over low to medium heat for about 5 minutes. • Enjoy! ⁠
