From raw materials prepare a dough. Let it rest for 2 hours. Roll out the dough (3 mm) and cut out circles (about 3 cm). Bake at 160-170 °C. The cooled circles rub with cream (3 parts of butter and 1 part of caramel).At the end sprinkle biscuits with nuts.
