Many of my fellow wood pallet crafters who pursue this activity as a regular and full time activity often complain that sometimes they just get stuck when no great wood pallet recycling idea really hits their mind. An interesting way to attach a film canister to a tree. Looks like you need to grab the loop and haul it down to access the cache.

Bat geocache.  With Halloween almost here, it's a good chance to get creative geocache containers.  I bought bats, crows, and rats at the Dollar Store, all ready to insert a micro and hide.

This would be a neat idea for a micro.  Instead of a log in a baggie in the walnut, the logbook is the walnut.  You'd probably have to use Rite in the Rain waterproof paper though since with no cover, regular paper would get wet and become unsignable.
