If you’re planning to make them ahead and freeze, these little bites are the perfect solution! You can either use a mini muffin tin lined with parchment paper (for easy removal) or a silicone mini muffin mold like the one I’m using in the video (linked in my Amazon store, Shop my Reels 👆🏼). After an hour in the freezer once they’re firm, transfer them to an airtight container or a Ziplock-type bag and keep frozen for up to 3 months. They’re also great to enjoy right away, giving you an ideal portion size.
