When we first made this, we couldn’t believe how satisfied we were when we were and didn’t even miss the rice noodles. Another quick option would be to use shredded roast chicken. Just add it in place of the raw chicken and just cook it long enough to heat-through. And add shrimp if you like, it’s fantastic too! Our favorite tool for making zucchini noodles is the Paderno Spiralizer.

This fish recipe is so versatile. Cook what ever flat white fish you want and choose your favorite spices. If you’re cooking a thicker fish like halibut or cod, just add a few minutes extra cooking time. We have a crispy breaded version on the website too. Just search “seafood” and you’ll find it! To avoid sticking and tearing of the fish, we like to use perforated parchment/baking paper made for air fryers. Our recipe write up has lots of info on these papers.

"Cheat day" bol včera. Deň, kedy si môžeš dopriať všetko, na čo máš chuť a čo sa snažíš v priebehu týždňa obmedziť. Dnes tu už máme nedeľu a ty pokračuješ ďalej vo svojej premene. Raňajky si si pripravil presne podľa stravovacieho plánu, nedeľný obed ti už pomaly vytrávil a ty si hrdinsky odolal domácej makovo-višňovej štrúdli.
