Tornado costume made from poster board,gray spray paint,cotton filler,farm animals,cars and thunder bolts! I recommend that you change the poster board and use foam board, more sturdy! I used a beanie hat and glued cotton filler around and spray painted gray, added a thunderbolt and some clouds!
