Start by popping your wax seal stamp in the freezer in a small cup (I like to use glass or metal). Give your stamp some time to chill. When ready, melt chocolate melts in the microwave for 15 seconds intervals stirring between. When melted transfer to a piping bag. Pipe chocolate rounds directly onto the cookie or onto parchment. I like to do one stamp at a time and put my stamp back in the chilled glass between uses. The cold stamp should only need a few seconds to cool the chocolate before lifting. Et voilà!
