Perfect for scratch building terrain pieces for wargames or dioramas. Here’s a new technique I’ve experimented with to create a natural stone texture in a relatively fast and easy way. Just hammer some metal sheets into random rectangular shapes and use them to engrave your foam. It’s a bit rough, but a layer of crafting plaster will cover up the flaws no problem. This technique is so much fun and you’ll feel like a straight up blacksmith when crafting these shapes! 😂 Hope you like it. 😊👍 #warhammer #terrain #diorama #mordheim #theoldworld #fantasy #ruins #tabletoprpg #rpg #dungeon #pathfinder #dnd #fantasybuildings #frostgrave #minia Tabletop Rpg, Metal Sheets, Miniature Terrain, Wargaming Terrain, Xps Foam, Stone Texture, Dnd Terrain, Concrete Wall, Dungeons And Dragons

Tabletop wargames spread across a variety of different combat spaces. Some battles occur over flat, open terrain where hills , woods, and other obstacles barely impede line of sight. Other games take place on densely packed city streets or in the close confines of a jungle. No matter what type of game you're playing, though, there are really only three types of terrain that you need to be aware of. And, each kind of terrain changes the way that you play the game in a very particular way. Nature, Play, Games, Game, Tabletop, Hills, Spaces, Matter, Woods

Terrain for tabletop wargaming is a favorite subject of mine, and it doesn’t take much to understand why. Imagine: you’ve got a newly painted army of Imperial Knights and you’re squaring off against the Orks. The Gorkanaught isn’t dry yet because your buddy just finished painting it – but he’s a gamer so he’s using […]
