Recipe:
1 egg 
1/2 cup egg whites 
1/2 cup cottage cheese 
1/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese 
Seasonings of choice (I used garlic salt, pepper, and everything bagel) 
1/4 cup veggies of choice (I used peppers and onions) 
3 turkey sausage links chopped 
Green onion, chopped for garnish 

Preheat oven to 400° 
Spray an oven safe bowl with nonstick cooking spray 
Add all the ingredients into the bowl, whisk well and bake for 35-45 minutes (or until the eggs are set, time may vary on the depth of your bowl) 
If you aren’t eating the breakfast bowl immediately allow it to cool before adding the green onion.
