Sunflower Cookie This look can be achieved using royal icing (as pictured) OR buttercream. I used a 3” round cookie and using a large piping tip, outlined where the middle of my flower would be. Using thick royal icing in a light brown I filled in the middle and used a paintbrush and some brown airbrush color to add texture and definition.
