INGREDIENTS

1 Baguette, sliced
2 yellow peaches, diced
18 cherries, pitted and quartered
8 oz burrata
4 tbsp olive oil
3 tbsp mint, ribboned
Balsamic glaze
Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Brush baguette slices with 2 tbsp of olive oil, sprinkle salt, and lay out on a baking sheet.
