Back in 2019 i've been contacted by Lucasfilm as they're were working on a new chapter of Star Wars called the High Republic. These are some of the initial design i did for some characters that became part of comics, novels etc. Sadly i didn't have time to render them due to time constraints but at least i laid the base to them to be refined by others artists. The Starlight Beacon, also known as the Starlight Station, was a space station constructed during the High Republic Era, built in the Outer Rim Territories. Situated in the center of the region's unexplored dark zones, the station's large size caused its construction to cost a great effort and expense. As the region was difficult to navigate at the time, the station, launched in 232 BBY, acted as a beacon, sending out a signal that guided travelers.
