I started my Grade 6 Geography lesson this year getting acquainted with my students. Grade 6 is a shift from upper primary to middle school for them and I wanted to set the scene of inquiry, curiosity and fun since the beginning and what’s best than an “Autobiography Map”. Creating a whole new place from imagination is way harder than it look and therefore they were provided some questions regarding their likes, dislikes, activities that represent them and goal they have for their future…
