Singapore Airlines Sarong Kebaya Uniform is a two-piece blouse-skirt costume was traditionally worn by women in the South-east Asia region. It comprises of different cultures in the design which signifies Singapore's multi-racial community. 'Sarong' originates from the Malay word 'Sarung' which means 'sheath' and 'covering' whereas Kabaya has its roots from the Arabic word 'Abaya' which means clothing.
