Today is a REST day on the program but I wanted to do something. So I chose the 16 bonus free DVD that came with the challenge pack purchase. It was fast paced and cardio. Perfect workout for a rest day. Not too much and nothing strenuous. My rest was a 2 hour fantastic nap with my sweet little boy. On a side note, I am really disappointing myself with my diet.
