When I first started working out, I had never been able to do a push up where my chest hovers just above the ground and then I push-up - even from knees. Today I managed 5 push ups from the knees. In each instance, I touched the tip of my nose to the workout mat.  The muscles between my shoulder blades ache, but I am super proud of myself. Next, full body push up!
