This is such a cool idea! These pavers were handpainted by a very talented children's book lover to add interest in her garden. I'm thinking there must be a way to make color copies of the book covers and then somehow adhering them to the pavers/bricks. They wouldn't be as cute as these that resemble well worn books, but could be a reasonable substitute for those of us less artistically talented.
