Older adults that are in need of FOOD can prepare healthy meals but cannot afford or access groceries. Older adults in need of MEALS are not able to prepare food themselves & do not have anyone to help with the daily task. The Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) is aresource for these individuals - providing self-stable, fresh or frozen meals that require little or no preparation.
