Guilt as a Mum is common. It is difficult balancing motherhood, your relationship, friendships, career and feeling like you have any time for yourself. Focusing on going back to work, or pursuing career progression after a baby, takes time and effort. It can feel like you are taking time away from your children to do this, causing feelings of guilt. Prioritize the things you can get done, know that you deserve the chance to focus on your back to work journey and career, and recognise that.
