If you’re limited on equipment here are these moves as a full workout, but these are lower body burnout moves from the lifting program I’m following now. ⁣

The full program does hit full body, targeting 1-2 muscle groups per workout. 5 workouts a week, 35-45 minutes, 8 weeks. ⁣
