Nico DeRosa on Instagram: "📍LAT TRAINING📍  Here’s a nasty lat exercise I’ve been working into my training lately.  👉The Seated Crossbody Lat Pulldown  I’m a sucker for a little bit of novelty in my training, so I love to tinker with some of the basics for a slightly different stimulus and to keep things fresh.  This one has just been doing it for me lately.  Big stretch. Lots of tension Massive pump.  🤷‍♂️What’s not to love?  Personally, I like this as an accessory exercise a little bit later in a session for moderate to high to reps. Be sure to use that free arm to brace against the cable machine to avoid excessive bending; we really want to allow the working arm to get pulled across the midline.
