Start by boiling one bundle of the sweet potato starch noodles for 5-6 minutes. Drain, rinse under cold water and cut up with scissors. I sprayed the pan with oil and I started with sliced onions, cooked for a few minutes, removed from pan, then spray oil again and the sliced shiitake mushrooms, repeated this process with bell peppers, carrots, spinach, ga Korean Side Dishes Vegetables, Sweet Potato Noodle Recipes Korean, Potato Starch Noodles Recipes, Easy Japchae Recipe, Korean Vegetable Recipes, Chinese Glass Noodle Recipes, Cold Korean Noodles, Korean Japchae Recipe, Korean Cold Noodles Recipe
