This very special cake is for my oldest brother who now holds a blue belt in Jiu Jitsu. The cake is a surprise and it was a big hit at his surprise birthday party! I don't have much experience with gumpaste figures but with the help of a Craftsy class, I was able to create something cute. I liked everything about this cake, my brother in his favorite color uniform, his dog biting his opponent's leg, but my favorite part of this cake is the gumpaste figure on the mat.
