The Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness – Version 2 (MAIA-2) is an 8-subscale state-trait self-report questionnaire to measure multiple dimensions of interoception (awareness of bodily sensations). It consists of 8 scales addressing 5 dimensions of body awareness: noticing, not-distracting, not-worrying, attention regulation, emotional awareness, self-regulation, body listening, and trust.
