Ofc my boys have a Gymnast for Mama who has practiced with them on beds and trampolines for years. And we’re gymnasts themselves- but this is how I taught them to bring their back flip in the floor. If they have a T-shirt on, I wind it up and grab it with one hand as I lift them and push their legs around with the other. However, once they get to the stage where they can actually get to the floor and are a little older this is the method I use I want to make sure they can jump with their arms up, tuck their knees up. Even if it’s not perfect technique. Everybody’s children have different abilities and are different sizes so this is what worked for my family.
