Handmade sympathy cards

This is for the WT520 - monochromatic card using green.

I made this beautiful Sympathy Card using the Dandelion Wishes and Woven Heirloom Stamp Sets. I love how it turned out with Seaside Spray as the main color.

For today's CAS challenge, we are to CASE a card by Diane (fionna51). I chose this one: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2234698?&what=allfields&condition=and&si=sympathy&name=fionna51 I used Diane's idea of flowers with a sympathy sentiment overlapping it, but changed the stamps. Like Diane, I coloured the flower with markers but changed the colours. And instead of adding dots in the form of some gemstones, I used a Swiss dots embossing folder with an oval cut out of it.

A friend of mine recently lost her mother, and this is the sympathy card I made for her. I used a few scraps of pink cardstock that I had in my overflowing bin of snippets. I stamped the sentiment in a soft grey color, adding a Memory Box duo of butterfly dies (Vivienne & Darla), and a Cheery Lynn mini fanciful flourish.
