DSC_0034 Aloes, and several other genera in the Aloe Family, Aloaceae, are quick to hybridize. Numerous hybrids of Aloe species are recognized. Additionally several bi-generic (x Gasteraloe = Aloe x Gasteria) and tri-generic species (i.e. x Algastoloba = Aloe x Gasteria x Astroloba) have been identified and acknowledged.
