Hello friends, I am sharing a project from the Salvaged Patina release today, my mixed media Fabric Book. This was such a fun project to create! Lots of Collage Paper, Spray Stain and Distress Paint in the mix, along with Paper Dolls (both Solos and Groups)! Fabric book cover inspired by Gustav Klimt's ornaments. The base is dark blue polyester velvet, the ornaments are cut from candy wrappers that were adhered to the velvet with bondaweb. Finally a transparent tulle covers the front that was fixed with machine stitching.
