Give it a try: Base: Biscuit dough 125g butter 1/2 cup castor sugar 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 cup self-raising flour 1 cup cake flour 1. Cream sugar and butter. 2. Add egg and vanilla and mix. 3. Add flour and mix to form a biscuit dough. This is a basic biscuit dough that can be used to make butter biscuits. So versatile! 4. Line 25x35cm oven dish with the biscuit dough. Filling: 3/4 cup sugar 1 litre of milk 10 eggs 3 sticks of cinnamon 4 cardamon pods crushed slightly 2 Tablespoons butter Cinnamon powder to sprinkle on top 1. Boil milk with butter, sugar, cardamon and cinnamon. I did this in the microwave. 2.
