This beautiful pair of fairy wings was collected from my fairy garden and embellished with crystals. While gardening, I sometimes find pretty little dead things. I brought the deceased little cicada into my home and delicately plucked its wings off. What came next was a long process of preserving and beautifying the little miracles of nature.... while the rest of the little creature went back

Made myself some earrings from yellow brass and silver. I was going to use them to experiment with Ceramit for a plique-a-jour type look but decided I like them as is. I made a smaller wing charm to play around with.
