Here's some sandal's I made for my 4 year old last summer. The paracord loops were unraveled and flattened between the Vibram Cherry sole and an ultra-suede footbed. The straps across the top have velcro and are adjustable. The loop on the outside ball of foot ended up being a bit too far forward, and her pinky toe often slipped through and got caught, so she didn't like wearing them much. Not much margin of error with tiny toes!
