Design fails

No matter how cramped your house/apartment/hovel, at least you can probably still access your toilet.

We can't all be visionaries like Frank Gehry - sometimes eccentric ideas just translate into crappy design - like the ones on the following list. No matter how many times we shame the bizarre creations of product designers everywhere, there seems to be an endless supply of poorly executed bad designs to choose from.

Design blunders are being shared by eagle-eyed social media users around the world; from misprinted slogans, to a light switch cover that should never have made it to the shop floor.
