Once dry I added a coat of matte Mod Podge and let it dry. I cut this cute napkin, removed the backing and tore the edges. Added it on top of the wood, placed a piece of parchment on top then used an iron to press it on. I distressed them edges and wrapped it with some twine and a cute tag. . . #decoupage…
